M&E Manager (Project cum Site)

Job Summary We are seeking a high-caliber M&E Manager (Project cum Site) to oversee end-to-end mechanical and electrical operations for complex construction projects. In this dual-focus role, you will lead M&E strategy, streamline multidisciplinary site execution, and align technical delivery with client specifications and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Drive and manage the full lifecycle of M&E packages from initial planning and site installation through to testing, commissioning, and handover. Lead coordination across project owners, consultants, specialist subcontractors, and internal site management to resolve technical conflicts and ensure seamless site execution. Evaluate shop drawings, M&E schematics, material submittals, and specifications to verify full alignment with structural/architectural interfaces and contractual standards. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. 8 to 10 years of solid M&E experience in the construction industry (prior experience with an A1 main contractor is highly preferred). Proven track record delivering M&E packages for large-scale facilities such as industrial plants, commercial complexes, data centers, or pharmaceutical facilities. Comprehensive technical command of MEP/building services design, installation methodologies, and local authority codes.
