INDOOR SALES ENGINEER (Automation equipment & electronic components)

We are looking for an Indoor Sales Engineer to support sales activities for an automation industrial company dealing in automation equipment and electronic components, including HMI/drives, IoT, sensors, and metrology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer enquiries and support requests from outdoor Sales Engineers
• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with product/project engineers on proposals and quotations
• Identify new business opportunities through targeted cold and warm calling campaigns
• Manage sales funnel and quotation status using CRM tools to track conversion rates

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Industrial) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in the engineering or automation field
