General Manager (Payment)

Position Overview We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven General Manager to lead and scale our payments business. In this pivotal executive role, you will take full ownership of the P&L, driving top-line growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability. Key Responsibilities Business Leadership & Strategy: Steer overall business operations with a relentless focus on revenue expansion, profitability, and long-term strategic execution.

P&L Management: Exercise complete financial ownership, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and overall P&L performance.

Commercial Growth: Identify and capitalize on strategic partnerships, emerging market opportunities, and new revenue streams.

Operational Excellence: Continuously optimize operational frameworks to balance scalability, efficiency, strict regulatory compliance, and high service standards.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of fintech trends, evolving customer needs, and market dynamics to make data-informed business decisions.

Team Development & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering an agile, innovative, and execution-oriented work culture.

Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).

Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a Senior Leadership or General Management role, ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services.

Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in hands-on P&L ownership and financial performance management.

Proven Growth Track Record: Demonstrated capability to scale revenues and streamline operations within agile, high-growth, or start-up environments.

Core Competencies: Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making ability, and team leadership skills with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
