Engineering Manager

Review and supervise preliminary PV system layouts (Preliminary Design) and detailed installation drawings (Shop Drawings) prepared by the engineering team. Verify and approve Shop Drawings to ensure compliance with engineering standards, electrical safety regulations, and project specifications before submission to clients for approval. Coordinate project schedules with the Procurement team, suppliers, subcontractors, and Sales team to ensure timely project execution. Manage and supervise subcontractors during installation, ensuring work is completed according to engineering standards, project schedules, quality requirements, and budget.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in solar PV system design, project supervision, or site survey. Proficient in PVsyst and design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp. Professional Engineering License (PE License / Thai Engineering License) is an advantage. Experience reviewing and approving Shop Drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and supervising subcontractors on-site. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel and drive to project sites in Bangkok and surrounding areas.
