Draftsman (Gas Systems)

1. Attend meetings with construction project engineers to gather and analyze customer requirements for system design.

1. Prepare construction drawings and oversee project execution to ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.

1. Prepare Shop Drawings for gas installation works, including gas pipeline systems, pressure control systems, and gas storage tanks (e.g., industrial gases, LPG, or LNG).

1. Review design specifications and installation equipment, including technical specifications, flow direction, pipe sizing, and other engineering requirements.

1. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and other related construction documents to evaluate project costs and prepare quotations.

1. Prepare As-built Drawings, update engineering drawings based on actual installation, and develop operation and maintenance manuals for customers upon project completion.

1. Design gas installation systems and prepare engineering drawings and supporting documents for license applications to the Department of Energy Business.

1. Inspect and monitor each project to ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction plans, engineering standards, and project quality requirements.

1. Provide professional technical consultation, training, and guidance to customers regarding gas systems and project operations.

1. Prepare project schedules and related documentation, including Work Permits and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

1. Travel to project sites, including upcountry locations, and stay overnight when required.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Age 25–35 years. 2–3 years of experience in 2D system design or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Proficient in AutoCAD 2D. Holds a valid driver's license and can drive to upcountry/provincial project sites when required Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication and coordination abilities, both internally and externally Self-motivated, dedicated, highly responsible, and committed to delivering quality work.
