Data & Marketing Senior Executive/ Supervisor (B2B/ Excel/ Power BI/ Tableau)

About the Role Combine data analysis with marketing leadership to build the core datasets and insights that power sales analysis and market development, using Microsoft, SAP and company software. 

Build and maintain the datasets and reports that shape sales direction, then turn those insights into targeted marketing and sales actions. 

Lead integrated B2B marketing activities, covering promotional planning, lead generation and sales enablement, and guide the marketing team towards measurable growth.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business and Engineering or related field.

At least 4 years of relevant experience.

Proven experience in data-driven marketing, campaign execution and lead generation.

Leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution.

Proficient in Excel and Power BI or Tableau , with experience building reports and dashboards.

Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.

Ability to travel overseas.

Proactive in proposing ideas to improve sales performance.

Curious about the reasons behind outcomes, with a purpose-driven mindset that asks "why".
