Customer Project Manager (Semiconductor)

Your tasks

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Involve in all projects requiring engineering and development support to fulfill customer orders.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during project execution.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Proven experience in semiconductor industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
