As a Warehouse Supervisor at JD.com, you are responsible for quality assurance and efficiency in the distribution center.

As a Warehouse Supervisor at JD.com, you are ultimately responsible for the quality control and operation of our warehouse. You ensure that all warehousing processes run according to standard, you improve efficiency, and you contribute to the safe and error-free handling of thousands of orders per day.

What will you do?

• Manage overall warehousing quality control and ensure the standardization of processes
• Develop and implement quality control strategies to reduce the error margin
• Supervise daily warehousing operations, identify and address risks, and ensure operational safety
• Collaborate closely with teams and departments to achieve quality objectives and drive continuous improvement

What do you bring?

• A HBO or university degree, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management, or quality management
• Familiarity with warehouse and logistics processes and practical experience with quality control
• Ability to utilize data analysis tools for problem diagnosis and continuous improvement
• Strong business sense, insight into logistics trends, and the ability to adapt quality work to business needs
• Fluent English
