Requirements

In this position, you will act as a key link between the operational team and management, ensuring that packages move through the station safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You will be responsible for coordinating workflows, monitoring team performance, and maintaining high operational standards while working closely with multiple departments. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily delivery station activities. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to operational teams. Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational KPIs. Assign tasks and ensure resources are deployed effectively. Promote compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
