Delivery Operations Team Lead

For JD Logistics, we are looking for a Delivery Operations Team Lead to oversee daily activities within the delivery station and support operational excellence across the site. In this position, you will act as a key link between the operational team and management, ensuring that packages move through the station safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

You will be responsible for coordinating workflows, monitoring team performance, and maintaining high operational standards while working closely with multiple departments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience within logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, or transportation operations.
• Experience coordinating or leading operational teams.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and logistics software is an advantage.
• Flexible regarding working hours and weekend shifts.

• Competitive hourly wage between €15.63 and €16.41, depending on experience.
