Part Time Boutique & Client Associate
About the role Boutique & Client Associate Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | Duxton Hill, Singapore Lechelle Petite is looking for a warm, personable and reliable Boutique & Client Associate to join our team at our Duxton Hill boutique. This is a client-facing role focused on creating a thoughtful and welcoming experience for everyone who visits Lechelle Petite. You will help clients discover our jewellery, understand our pieces and materials, and assist them throughout their purchase. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients visiting the boutique
Introduce and recommend jewellery based on each client's preferences
Share product knowledge and the stories behind our designs, gemstones and materials
Handle purchases, collections and basic client enquiries
Respond to WhatsApp and online enquiries when required
Assist with appointments and client follow-ups
Receive repair, made-to-order and bespoke requests and ensure details are properly recorded
Maintain the presentation and organisation of the boutique
Assist with stock checks and basic boutique administration
Support occasional launches, events and client appointments
Who We're Looking For You are warm, articulate and comfortable connecting with people from different backgrounds. You have a natural sense of hospitality and can make clients feel at ease without being overly sales-driven. You are responsible, attentive to detail and able to work independently during quieter periods. Experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, beauty, hospitality or other client-facing roles is helpful, but not essential. We value personality, reliability, communication skills and willingness to learn.
