Job Description: Reporting to the Purchasing/Supply Chain Director, your mission will consist of coordinating the entire supply chain (procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, and product packaging) from the transport of goods to their shipment. You will be the interface between the company, its various partners, and clients, and you will ensure the management of flows with a view to optimizing costs and lead times.

To achieve this, you will need to:

  • Develop the "internal" supply plan for the company: analyze the needs for finished or semi-finished products depending on the company's internal production resources. The Flow Manager participates in the planning established via the PIC / PDP. They master the company's monitoring tools regarding Requirements management (ERP (CBN) and other developed tools). They work in collaboration with procurement officers to ensure alignment with the internal supply plan.
  • Manage Manufacturing Orders: they launch Manufacturing Orders and guarantee their follow-up in workshops. They are responsible for mastering the traceability process throughout the manufacturing order cycle.
  • Real-time monitoring: they build and utilize the necessary dashboards and activity reports, relying on data from the ERP and in real-time via production schedules. They are responsible for the organization, monitoring, and control of all logistical flow operations.
  • Risk management: anticipate and manage risks related to procurement, such as delivery delays, manufacturing delays, and quality issues, in collaboration with product quality assurance.
  • Dispute management: Act in the performance of administrative tasks to resolve crisis situations - in support of the relevant departments.
  • Act as the Interface: Communicate information related to the logistical journey of goods to internal clients as well as to the various stakeholders concerned.
  • Performance monitoring: Propose developments likely to optimize and increase the quality of flows and logistical processes.

Profile sought: Training of type BTS/DUT/University in the field of Supply Chain, with a specialization in production management; you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in equivalent roles. Good knowledge of MRPII concepts; BSCM (Basics of Supply Chain Management) would be appreciated. Knowledge of an ERP (ideally Clipper) with good proficiency in Excel. Operational English.
