Job Description: Reporting to the Supply Chain Director and working in close collaboration with internal teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the management of customs operations and the company's transport strategy regarding our operational and MRO activities.
In this capacity, your missions will be as follows:
Coordinate logistics operations
- Organize national and international shipments.
- Plan transport (road, maritime, air, rail).
- Track deliveries and resolve incidents (delays, losses, damage).
- Coordinate exchanges between carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
- Optimize transport costs and lead times.
Manage customs formalities
- Prepare and control import/export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, customs declaration, transport documents (CMR, bill of lading, air waybill, etc.).
- Verify the tariff classification of products (HS/TARIC codes).
- Determine applicable duties and taxes.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Act as the point of contact for freight forwarders, customs declarants, and customs administrations.
Ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure compliance with international regulations (Incoterms, sanctions, export controls, trade agreements).
- Control import/export licenses when necessary.
- Perform regulatory monitoring on customs developments.
- Prepare for internal or external audits.
Drive international flows
- Monitor performance indicators (lead times, costs, quality).
- Identify risks related to transport or customs.
- Propose improvements to logistics processes.
- Participate in Supply Chain optimization projects.
Profile sought: With a background in logistics and transport management, international trade, or supply chain, you have a successful track record of at least 3 years in managing customs operations within the aeronautical or industrial sector. You master customs regulations, incoterms, tariff classification, origin of goods, and import/export VAT. Knowledge of MRO activities and notions of AOG flows is recommended. You are comfortable with IT tools (ERP, Pack Office).

Permanent contract (CDI) - 35h/week position - Remuneration starting from €32,000 gross annual.
