Job Description

In the role of Field Service Site Supervisor, you are the on-site point of contact for the installation of our Poultry Solutions. You ensure that every project is executed according to specification, tight scheduling, and to the full satisfaction of the customer. Your technical preparation and coordination are crucial to the success of installations worldwide.

On an average workday, you technically prepare projects together with the project team, supervise progress at customer sites, and manage local subcontractors. You manage the project planning, communicate clearly with all stakeholders, and ensure clear reporting. Safety is always your top priority: you identify risks and report incidents immediately according to company policy.

• Minimum mbo or hbo work and thinking level in a technical direction.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable technical position
• Demonstrable experience in supervising installations on-site
• Experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written
• Willingness to travel internationally regularly (approx. 60%)...
