Responsibilities and assignments

Activities to be developed:

• Search and interpretation of regulatory requirements and technical documentation - national and international;
• Technical basis for the preparation of defenses and processes;
• Contact with regulatory bodies and associations;
• Transformation of regulatory content into clear and applicable guidelines for the operation of the units;
• Technical support to the areas involved in meeting the requirements of national and international markets;
• Conducting enablement processes and international missions.

Requirements and qualifications

Prerequisites

• Completed higher education in Veterinary Medicine, Food Engineering, Food Science, Zootechnics, or related areas;
• Intermediate English;
• Experience in the animal protein segment / food industry;
• Experience with Brazilian sanitary requirements and international markets.
• Technical interface with regulatory bodies and associations.
