Responsibilities and duties
- Analyze, control, and release import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with legislation and customs systems.
- Maintain and update internal and customs reports, promoting continuous process improvement and information accuracy.
- Archive and organize process documents and records, ensuring integrity, traceability, and compliance with deadlines.
- Attend to and provide support to customers proactively, ensuring excellent service and clarifying doubts related to the area's processes.
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous experience in container terminal, foreign trade, customs legislation, planning, or related areas
- Knowledge of customs legislation
- Proficiency in the Siscarga system
- Proficiency in the TOS - Navis system
- Intermediate/advanced English
- Basic notions of CCTs and Acordos Coletivos Sindicais (TPAs)
- Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Desirable: Completed Higher Education (Comércio Exterior, Logística, Gestão de Operações Portuárias, Administração, or related)
