Responsibilities and assignments
- Build and maintain the relationship between the customer (international market) and the company;
- Monitor the entire customer service process from the closing of the sale to delivery;
- Follow up on after-sales, involving the responsible areas and directing activities;
- Control the status of orders, production, and product delivery;
- Enter contracts and orders into the system;
- Monitor customer payment control;
- Act in partnership with the customer in all their demands during the commercial flow.
Requirements and qualifications
- Higher education in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related areas;
- Advanced English; Experience in foreign trade;
- Proficiency in Pacote Office;
- Desirable knowledge of Production Planning.
