Responsibilities and duties
- Issue export and proforma contracts;
- Receive, check, and monitor the registration of new customers and orders;
- Perform regular Follow-up with the factory regarding order progress and delivery;
- Monitor production, loading, release (analyses, invoicing, and CSI) until the container delivery at the port, meeting the "dead line" while acting together with the logistics area;
- Perform follow-up with customers from order receipt to delivery in the destination country;
- Perform follow-up with the commercial team regarding orders, shipments, and documentation;
- Monitor customer payments;
- Monitor invoicing and area goals;
- Know the routine of preparing and sending documentation to regulatory bodies;
- Monitor the sending of samples.
Requirements and qualifications
- Degree in Administration, foreign trade, international relations, or related fields;
- Experience in the foreign trade area with a focus on export;
- Experience in the food industry segment;
- Advanced English;
- Spanish will be a differentiator;
- Office Package;
