Our client is an independent laboratory specializing in seed quality analysis, support for sector experimenters, and the sorting of small seed lots.

They are looking for their future General Manager M/F based in Loire-Authion (49)

The challenge: Under the authority of the President and the Strategic Council, the General Manager defines and implements the company's strategy to ensure its sustainable development as a benchmark company in the seed industry.

Your key missions:

• Strategy & governance: Define and deploy the company strategy with the President, manage the Quality Management System (QMS), and represent the organization before seed industry bodies.
• Operational & financial management: Supervise overall activity (technical, financial, commercial) to guarantee scientific excellence, optimize economic profitability, and arbitrate inter-departmental decisions.
• Management & HR: Drive HR policy (recruitment, careers), unite teams around the company project, and guarantee strict compliance with Health and Safety standards.
• Business development: Manage relationships with strategic clients and key departments (R&D, Triage, FNAMS), detect market opportunities, and support overall commercial activity.
