District Sales Manager.

Achieve agents’ sales targets and open new markets within the agent's area, including developers, carpenters, and building materials stores.

Conduct regular visits to agent showrooms to maintain strong relationships, ensure brand compliance, and monitor stock levels, showroom decor, and product displays.

Analyze sales performance and product movement; propose solutions for slow-moving items and ensure availability of all key products.

Ensure full availability of marketing materials including color cubes, brochures, catalogues, and promotional items in agent locations.

Supervise the implementation of marketing campaigns and ensure their alignment with company strategy and regional goals.

Monitor agents’ commitment to Jazeera pricing, product exclusivity, and company policies; report any violations.

Support the recruitment and Saudization targets within agent teams and ensure all staff meet professional appearance standards.

Submit weekly and monthly reports with documentation (including photos) on agent visits, achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Identify potential new agents or showroom opportunities and work on developing and onboarding them in alignment with regional expansion plans.

To perform all tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field .

5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably within Paints, Building Materials, or FMCG industries .

Proven experience in Dealer/Agent Management and Sales Target Achievement .

Strong experience in Market Development and opening new markets/accounts .

Good knowledge of sales performance analysis, stock management, and market dynamics .

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage and develop agents, showrooms, and sales teams .

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district/region .

Good command of MS Office , especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Must have a personal car and a valid driving license.
