Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities
2. Lead and motivate the team to achieve store sales targets
3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and activities
4. Build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth
5. Monitor, evaluate, and improve team performance
6. Prepare regular operational and sales performance reports

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in F&B, Retail, or Sales
2. Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills
3. Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results
4. Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team
5. Comfortable working with sales targets and performance evaluations
6. Available to start in September 2026
