Requirements

Proven experience as a professional painter. Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation. Ability to use brushes, rollers, and spray-painting equipment. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physically fit and able to work at heights when required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certificate or vocational training in painting is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks or holes. Apply primer, paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Mix paints and match colours as required. Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean work area. Operate painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish. Adhere to workplace safety standards and company procedures.
