Senior Inventory Officer

1. Control inventory counting according to daily/monthly/yearly counting plans or as ordered, covering both finished goods and Non Merchandise consumables.
2. Constantly verify data in the system against physical goods to ensure stock accuracy at all times.
3. Define Pick Face Location for every SKU and support the operations team's work.
4. Analyze the causes of errors in cases where goods do not match the system, coordinate with relevant departments, and perform corrections.
5. Prepare daily and monthly inventory balance reports to present to supervisors and relevant parties.
6. Provide support and assistance to operations staff when operational problems arise, such as cases where goods cannot be found based on system references, etc.
7. Use the Warehouse Management System to check product quantities, product status, and product movement; read and analyze other product movements.
8. Report daily, weekly, and monthly inventory status to analyze and suggest improvements or corrections for inventory with discrepancies, inappropriate quantities, long storage age, non-moving items, shrinkage, and loss.
9. Oversee the control of the Warehouse Management System regarding inventory control, system inventory movement, monitoring movement, changing storage area statuses, and relocating various brands.
10. Maintain the storage area to be accurate, clean, and orderly at all times.
11. Coordinate with relevant departments and follow orders from supervisors.

Qualifications: Male or female, aged 20 years or above. Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience: At least 1 year in warehouse or inventory control work; experience in logistics will be given special consideration. Analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Sense of responsibility towards duties. Good reading and writing skills in English. Proficient in using MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table), Word, and Power Point. Direct experience in Inventory (will be given special consideration). Previous experience using Warehouse Management System software.
