Your tasks

• Independent planning and processing of international air freight shipments in export
• Creation, checking, and processing of all relevant transport and shipping documents
• Execution and monitoring of customs clearances
• Document checking, consolidation, and forwarding of relevant documents
• Creation and maintenance of orders in the TMS Cargowise C1
• Monitoring of relevant KPIs, especially transit time specifications
• Telephone customer support as well as processing of complaints
• Maintaining inventory lists as well as tracking of shipments and transactions
• Checking of invoices as well as billing of orders
• Correspondence with customers, service providers, and our international overseas organization

What you bring with you

• Professional experience in the field of Air Freight Export
• Proficient English skills in speaking and writing, German skills are an advantage
• Good MS-Office skills
• Knowledge of the freight forwarding software TMS Cargowise C1 as well as ideally the customs system ATLAS
• High service and customer orientation
