PRODUCTION WORKER

Job Summary

Support production line operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, packing products, and handling goods to ensure smooth and safe daily manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in the Production line.
• Ensure the production machine and equipment are in good condition for daily operations
• Measure raw materials precisely and mix them according to processing requirements
• Pour raw materials into blending equipment and perform cleaning processes to maintain hygiene and safety
• Pack finished goods securely into cartons, pails, or drums for shipment or storage
• Load and unload goods safely, handling materials up to 25kg to support logistics and inventory management
• Understand and follow job requirements and instructions from the Supervisor to meet production goals
• Work co-operatively in a team with other production workers to complete assigned tasks on schedule
• Ensue compliance with safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to support production needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to carry loads up to 25kg safely

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Nitec, Certificate in Office Skills NTC Grade 2 or equivalent
