Logistics Assistant (M/F)

Job Description: Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will join a team of 5 people. Your main mission consists of providing logistics support for the various activities of the production site. As a logistics professional (M/F), your tasks will be as follows: WELCOME Welcome visitors, indicate the site's safety instructions to them, provide them with the access badge and the necessary PPE; have them sign the attendance sheet upon entry and exit; notify the person being visited on site; Welcome carriers, indicate the site's safety instructions to them and provide them with the access badge; verify the wearing of PPE and have them sign the attendance sheet upon entry and exit of the site; notify the relevant department on site via walkie-talkie of the carrier's presence and transmit instructions to them; verify carrier documents; create, verify, and complete forms useful to carriers for entering and exiting the site; LOGISTICS Organize the flow of products, packaging, and raw materials on the site in collaboration with the various internal departments and clients; Schedule carrier appointments and monitor schedules; Manage carrier freight; Draft shipping documents; Perform periodic verification of stocks and stock movements on SAGE and SAP; Process customer orders and requests; Create, print, and verify labeling files to be handed over to the relevant department before packaging or departure of the goods, ideally 48h in advance; File and organize folders; Provide and report information requested by customers on various supports (tables and ERP); Be versatile within the logistics department; SAFETY / QUALITY / ENVIRONMENT / HYGIENE Respect and ensure compliance with the site's safety and hygiene rules (including drivers and visitors); Stay informed, follow, and ensure compliance with quality procedures provided by your supervisor; Stay informed, follow, and ensure compliance with environmental procedures provided by your supervisor. Propose improvements for the departmentProfile Description Education Level: Minimum BaccalauréatExperience: more than 2 yearsAnalytical mindset, good interpersonal skills, rigor, organizational skills* First experience as a logistics operator in an industrial environment* Proficiency in English B1 minimum.* Ideally knowledge of ERP Sage/ SAP.You have a first experience as a logistics operator in an industrial environment.
