Assistant / Accounting Assistant (M/F)

Your tasks

Treasury: daily entry of bank transactions.

• Third-party accounting (suppliers and customers): entry of invoices and monitoring of supplier reminders, recording of payments, monitoring of supplier claims, entry of expense reports, etc.
• Manage the monitoring of customer and supplier databases
• Provide administrative support to the Finance department (filing, archiving, administrative monitoring, etc.)

Requirements

Holding a Bac+2/+3 in Accounting, you have a minimum significant experience of 2 to 3 years in the industrial sector, which is indispensable, ideally in metallurgy.

A good knowledge of inventory entries is important to succeed in the associated missions. You have experience with an invoice dematerialization system and possess notions of industrial cost accounting.

Rigor, method, and an excellent analytical capacity will be indispensable assets to succeed in these missions, as well as fluency in English.

You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, enjoy working in a team, and are committed to achieving the objectives set for you.

Knowledge of AS 400 and mastery of SAP and Excel software are necessary.
