Your tasks:

• Development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes
• Project management
• Introduction of new products into manufacturing
• Employee training
• Creation of manufacturing documentation
• Work time studies

Your profile:

• Dipl.-Ing. Maschinenbau (FH), Meister, or Techniker
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering
• Good knowledge in the field of processes and methods (e.g., REFA, MTM, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, ...), additional Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent English in spoken and written form
• Flexibility, commitment, determination, and teamwork skills
