Your Tasks

• Handling all IT-relevant issues in the hardware and software area
• Administration, installation, and configuration of the internal IT infrastructure
• Administration and installation of PCs, printers, smartphones, and mobile devices
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Documentation and processing of error messages
• User support in the area of hardware and software
• Participation in the planning and implementation of IT projects
• Procurement and management of consumables for hardware

Your Profile

• a completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Systemadministrator, etc.)
• strong communication skills and a confident appearance
• English in spoken and written form
• team player, loyal, and 100% reliable
• a quick grasp of new concepts
