Tasks:

• Support and assistance for users regarding system questions
• Setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Regular exchange with customers in an international environment via telephone, e-mail
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and conception of solutions
• Client Server Management

Qualifications

• Completed IT training as a Fachinformatiker or comparable professional experience
• Sound knowledge in IT-Support
• Very good knowledge in the areas of Firewall, VPN, Storage, Backup
• Confident English and advanced knowledge in network technology and server hardware
• Team player, motivation, and commitment
