Stock Condition Surveyor
About the company
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the South-west, who are recruiting for a Stock Conditions Surveyor on a minimum 3-month contract.
Your tasks
Duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Carrying out stock condition surveys on domestic properties
- Identifying defects where necessary
- Providing recommendations and reports back to planned maintenance teams
- Exercising knowledge of Section 20 and First Tier Tribunal Process
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in stock conditions surveying.
Experience required
- Experience in stock condition surveying
- Experience carrying out inspections with HHSRS and decent home standard
Skills, knowledge and expertise required
- Comfortable working within customers’ homes
- Must hold a full UK Driving licence

The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is £35.02 per hour via an Umbrella company.
Working hours
- 37 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm flexible
