With appointments available from Associate Director through to Senior Director, this is an exceptional opportunity to advise on some of London's finest residential properties, including Prime and Super-Prime residences, substantial period townhouses, historic properties, residential investments and complex developments. The team operates across Central London, Greater London and the Home Counties, providing independent valuation advice to private individuals, financial institutions, investors and developers. Senior appointments offer significant scope to develop client relationships, influence departmental strategy and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. The Position Joining the London Residential Valuation team, you will undertake varied and technically challenging instructions across Prime London and the surrounding Home Counties. Key Responsibilities: Deliver residential valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
Advise on high-value residences, residential investments, development sites and complex property assets.
Manage instructions from inspection and research through to reporting and delivery.
Produce technically robust reports supported by comprehensive market analysis.
Maintain relationships with private clients, lenders, developers and professional advisers.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to departmental fee generation.
Collaborate with colleagues across Residential, Rural, Development and Planning teams.
Support professional standards, quality assurance and departmental growth.
Director and Senior Director appointments will involve technical oversight, management of key client relationships, business development, mentoring colleagues and influencing departmental strategy. About You My client welcomes applications from experienced residential valuation professionals at Associate Director, Senior Associate Director, Director and Senior Director level. Requirements: MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
Established residential valuation experience within a consultancy or relevant client-side environment.
Exposure to Prime London, high-value residential assets or complex valuation instructions.
Experience or understanding of residential development valuations.
Excellent knowledge of RICS Red Book standards.
Strong report-writing, analytical and client relationship management skills.
Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
Relevant degree qualification and full UK driving licence.
Argus Developer experience advantageous.
For senior appointments, technical leadership, fee generation and established client relationships will be particularly valued. Remuneration & Benefits Basic Salary: Up to £85,000 at Director level, negotiable according to experience. Senior Director packages considered individually.
