Site Supervisor cum Project CoOrdinator

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor cum Project Coordinator – Electrical to manage and coordinate electrical works across 2–3 project sites simultaneously . The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, manpower coordination, progress monitoring, material coordination, site documentation, inspections and coordination with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. The candidate must be comfortable travelling between multiple construction sites and must possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation works at assigned construction sites. Manage and monitor electrical works across 2–3 sites simultaneously . Coordinate with Main Contractors, Project Managers, Consultants, LEWs, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades. Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower according to project requirements and programme. Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules. Read and understand electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, shop drawings and specifications. Coordinate cable containment, cable pulling, DB installation, lighting, power, ELV and other electrical installation works. Coordinate testing, inspection, rectification and commissioning activities. Liaise with the relevant Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and project team for electrical inspection, testing and statutory requirements where applicable. Ensure electrical works are carried out in accordance with Singapore requirements, approved drawings, method statements and applicable Codes of Practice. Monitor workmanship, quality and site safety requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and identify defective, incomplete or non-conforming works. Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays. Check site measurements and assist in preparing progress claims, variation works and as-built information. Monitor material requirements, deliveries and usage at each site. Coordinate tools, equipment and manpower deployment between projects. Maintain daily site records, progress reports, photographs, inspection records and other project documentation. Attend site meetings and coordination meetings when required. Follow up on RFIs, technical queries, drawings, material submissions and approvals. Report project progress, manpower requirements, site issues and potential delays to the Project Manager. Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing works according to the main contractor's programme. Travel between assigned sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve site issues. Carry out any other duties related to electrical site supervision and project coordination as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec / ITC or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Building Services / M&E . Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Singapore electrical construction , preferably with a main contractor or electrical subcontractor. Strong knowledge of electrical installation works in commercial, residential, industrial or institutional projects. Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, shop drawings and specifications. Good understanding of Singapore electrical construction practices and site safety requirements. Experience in coordinating electrical workers, subcontractors and suppliers. Good knowledge of testing, inspection and commissioning procedures. Familiarity with relevant Singapore electrical requirements and Codes of Practice, including SS 638 and SS 650 , is preferred. Experience working with Main Contractors, Consultants and LEWs will be an advantage. Valid Singapore Class 3/3A Driving License is required , as the role involves travelling between 2–3 project sites . Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Relevant Singapore construction safety certifications will be an advantage. Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, institutional or M&E projects. Experience in cable containment, cable pulling, DB installation, lighting, power, ELV and testing & commissioning works. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Responsible and committed to project completion. The successful candidate will be required to travel between 2–3 active project sites , monitor site progress, coordinate manpower and materials, and report directly to the Project Manager / Management. A valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license is mandatory for this position.
