Your tasks
Lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects on-site, ensuring timely completion through effective planning, cost control, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Coordinate and supervise project work across various sites to ensure quality and compliance
- Manage project schedules to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Review mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on drawing discrepancies to maintain design accuracy and project integrity
- Implement project planning, including design, material requisition, cost control, and documentation to support project delivery
- Ensure smooth progress of site works and timely project completion
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers to resolve project-related issues and maintain clear communication
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ITE/Polytechnic/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or any engineering field
- Prior experience in interior fit-out works to enhance project execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project to support project documentation and scheduling
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication
- Demonstrated independence, resourcefulness, proactivity, and teamwork in project environments
- Strong organization, planning, and project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines to meet project milestones
