Designed programmed to equip our new representatives with the support, opportunities, and practical experience they need to accelerate their journey from day one to help new representatives kickstart their prospecting activities, gain confidence in engaging prospects, and develop hands-on experience in managing a healthy sales pipeline. 

By providing structured support at the beginning of their careers, we aim to empower new representatives to build momentum early and establish strong foundations for long-term success.      

Remuneration: $3,000 - $6,000 per monthly Opportunity to 2 incentive trip each year. Attractive Bonus and Career Path Requirement: At least 21 years old Singapore and PR Full certification in Polytechnic Diploma/Degree holders
