YOUR MISSION?

You will join the Category Marketing team, under the responsibility of a product manager, and you will participate in the management of one or more brands by supporting the team in business development. Your missions will be as follows: You will perform brand and market performance analyses via the study of distributor and consumer panels (NielsenIQ). You will provide support in implementing the promotional highlight of your brand: development of in-store tools with creative agencies; project management and operational implementation, budget management. You will intervene in support of the Marketing teams on packaging change projects, product renovation, or new product development and on launch plans. You will participate in the development of communication materials and digital activation in close collaboration with the Digital team and agencies. You will contribute to the creation and execution of local brand activation plans (media activities, digital, CRM program…). You will contribute to key team projects in order to build recommendations for the Marketing & Sales teams: this implies understanding the market (price, promo, media levers...), consumers (profiles, regionalization…) and main consumption trends. Depending on current events, you will be involved in ad-hoc studies such as sensory analyses, omnibus… You will be required to work with all departments: marketing (digital mktg, marketing studies); commercial (trade marketing; sales force) and legal. Accompanied daily by your tutor, this experience will allow you: To acquire concrete professional skills related to your function. To develop your soft skills, notably analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, initiative-taking, and priority management.

THE IDEAL BLEND: A student in a Marketing Master's degree, you ideally have a first experience in the marketing service or commercial department of a fast-moving consumer goods company. Possessing a strong marketing sensitivity, you demonstrate creativity. Your rigor and your analytical and synthesis skills allow you to bring real added value. Finally, your sense of organization and your enthusiasm allow you to be proactive in contributing actively to the team's projects. You are proficient in English (spoken and written) and have knowledge of panels: NielsenIQ, Circana (ex.IRI).
