• Independent execution of recruitment processes — from posting advertisements, through application selection and candidate contact, to organizing and conducting recruitment interviews
• Organization and coordination of the new employee onboarding process, including preparation of documentation, onboarding schedules, and cooperation with supervisors
• Assistance in organizing training, development activities, and initiatives supporting the development of employee competencies
• Coordination of annual and mid-year appraisal processes, goal management, and development planning
• Creating internal communications
• Organizing events and initiatives related to building employee engagement

• Experience in the HR area, especially in conducting recruitment processes and onboarding
• Knowledge in the field of HR and payroll (knowledge of regulations related to shift work is welcome)
• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication
• Good work organization and independence, communicativeness, and ability to build relationships
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
