The Andrezieux (Loire) site, which has 360 employees and is a coffee roasting and packaging plant, is looking for a Continuous Improvement & Industrial Performance Lead for its capsule unit, on a CDI basis to start as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Manager of the Capsules Autonomous Production Unit, you will lead a team composed of seven engineers and one technician dedicated to driving continuous improvement and industrial performance projects. As a true conductor, you will coordinate the initiatives within your scope, arbitrate priorities, support your teams in the success of projects, and guarantee their proper execution by balancing the challenges of safety, quality, costs, deadlines, and performance. Your main missions will be as follows: Manage, support, and develop a team of engineers and a technician by promoting autonomy, engagement, and skill development Define, prioritize, and drive the roadmap for continuous improvement projects in your unit Simultaneously coordinate numerous industrial projects, ensuring their consistency with the operational and strategic priorities of the site Identify levers to improve the performance of equipment, processes, material and energy consumption, as well as industrial organization Challenge the technical solutions proposed by internal teams, suppliers, and the group's central functions in order to select the most relevant options Guarantee the smooth running of projects in compliance with safety, quality, cost, deadline, and performance requirements Work in close collaboration with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain teams, as well as with other sites in the group Drive performance indicators, analyze available data, and support decision-making through a factual approach Participate in the digitalization of continuous improvement tools and methods Maintain technical and technological monitoring to identify new improvement opportunities

Education Higher education of type Bac +5 (Generalist Engineer, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or equivalent) Required Skills Demonstrate proven experience (approximately 10 years) in continuous improvement, industrial performance, or industrial engineering, acquired in a demanding production environment Demonstrate successful experience in managing a technical team, while maintaining strong proximity to projects and field realities Master the main continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, DMAIC, or equivalent) and possess a solid technical culture of industrial equipment Evolve with ease in an international environment and master professional English Be comfortable with data analysis and performance management tools (Power BI, SAP, or equivalent) Desired Skills Possessing technical knowledge in mechanics, automation, electrotechnics, maintenance, or industrial processes will be a real asset Abilities and Aptitudes Exercise true leadership, capable of uniting a team of experts, providing a vision, and creating collective dynamics around projects Demonstrate excellent persuasion skills to convince, arbitrate, and advance projects involving many internal and international stakeholders Be curious, analytical, and possess a real capacity to understand complex technical issues in order to identify innovative and pragmatic solutions Combine organization, decision-making capacity, and a sense of priorities to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a constantly evolving environment Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset, questioning, and a permanent search for performance, while remaining close to the teams and the field
