- Business Leadership (influencing internal/external/client high leadership)
Lead the commercial strategy of the region/channel, translating JDE guidelines into consistent business plans and ensuring their execution through the integrated management of clients, people, investments, and performance indicators. Develop and implement commercial strategies for regional and national clients, conduct JBP/CBP processes, demand forecast, goal setting, and alignment with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, Supply, and Sales Intelligence areas, promoting sustainable growth, competitiveness, and excellence in execution. Influence internal and external audiences.
- Commercial Performance
Be responsible for the results of the business unit, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, distribution, execution, and market share indicators. Continuously monitor KPIs for Sell In, Sell Out, inventory, pricing, point-of-sale execution, product availability, and implementation of innovations, directing the commercial team to maximize growth and productivity (evaluate competitiveness).
- Channel and Client Management
Manage the channels under your responsibility preserving the strategy determined for each channel, seeking balanced growth, observing the pillars of the company's value creation strategy. Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with clients, conducting higher complexity negotiations, including acting with the client's high leadership, working on the creation and implementation of commercial agreements. Lead the construction and execution of business plans (JBP/CBP), negotiate contracts, investments, promotional calendar, commercial policy, and joint growth strategies, acting in partnership with high leadership for value generation and sustainable business expansion. - Financial Management
Ensure the financial management of the business unit, ensuring budgetary discipline, governance of commercial investments, and client profitability. Manage P&L, gross margin, ROI, SG&A, negotiation conditions, and terms, promoting decisions that balance growth, financial sustainability, and value generation.
- Execution Excellence
Ensure excellence in commercial execution through integration between the sales team and support areas, ensuring product availability, supply, brand visibility, and implementation of portfolio strategies. Monitor execution indicators, inventory, lead time, forecast, promotional calendar, and service level (CS), ensuring operational efficiency and excellence at the point of sale.
- People Leadership
Develop high-performance teams through goal setting, results monitoring, continuous feedback, coaching, training, and talent management. Promote a culture of high performance, collaboration, and development, strengthening succession, talent retention, and the alignment of the team to JDE's strategic values and objectives.
- Governance
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, compliance standards, and ethical principles in all commercial and financial processes. Ensure the correct management of contracts, investments, commercial funds, and business risks (eventual RJ risks), promoting transparency, compliance, financial sustainability, and integrity in relationships with clients, partners, and internal areas.
