Business Unit Management Coordinate the financial and operational management of the Business Unit, contributing to the achievement of Revenue, Volume, Gross Profit, NOS, and EBITDA targets. Deploy the strategic planning and the AOP of the channels under your responsibility into action plans, monitoring their execution and proposing adjustments whenever necessary. Develop and implement growth initiatives for the Export, Pilão Professional, Franchises, and New Channels, in alignment with the company's strategy. Recommend investment priorities, projects, and expansion opportunities based on financial and market analyses. Continuously monitor financial and operational indicators, conducting action plans to maximize results. Financial Management and Governance Manage the annual budget of the channels, including SG&A, FDN, A&P/MAP investments, and other commercial resources. Evaluate and recommend investment prioritization with a focus on value generation and profitability. Conduct financial analyses, monitor KPIs, and support the governance of the Business Unit's results. Ensure financial discipline, economic sustainability, and monitoring of the return on investments made. Organizational Leadership Lead, develop, and engage high-performance teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Act as a technical reference for the channels under your responsibility, supporting team development and disseminating best practices. Prepare strategic analyses, business recommendations, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making. Develop team competencies, strengthening the area's talent pipeline. Cross-functional Influence Coordinate multifunctional projects involving Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing, Finance, Legal, E-commerce, Commercial, and other corporate areas. Act as the main interface between internal areas and strategic partners, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. Build relationships with local and global stakeholders to enable projects, market opening, and channel development. Promote integration between areas, ensuring the efficient execution of strategic initiatives. Export Execute the internationalization strategy of the brands Pilão, Café do Ponto, and Caboclo, proposing expansion opportunities. Prospect and develop new markets and strategic customers. Manage pricing strategies, market clustering, and international portfolio management. Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence in export operations. Monitor the financial and operational results of the channel, proposing action plans for indicator evolution. Pilão Professional and Franchises Coordinate the development of the Professional and Franchises channels, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial strategy. Support strategic commercial negotiations with business partners. Continuously evaluate expansion opportunities, new commercial models, and contractual revisions. Promote sustainable growth, profitability, and brand strengthening in OOH channels. Commercial Strategy and Business Development Develop and implement initiatives for the expansion of new channels and commercial models, identifying sustainable growth opportunities. Manage the new business pipeline, prioritizing initiatives with higher financial potential and adherence to corporate planning. Conduct commercial innovation initiatives using Test & Learn methodologies, business incubation, and development of new organizational capabilities. Develop Business Cases for the evaluation of new investments, considering financial return, breakeven, ROI, risks, and operational feasibility. Support strategic negotiations with commercial partners, specialized operators, and omnichannel platforms.

For this New Business Coordinator position, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experiences: Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Post-graduate degree (desirable); Experience in RTM, New Channels, Trade Marketing, Business Development, Key Account, Commercial, or related areas, preferably in consumer goods companies; Proven experience in strategic management of new businesses; Mastery in strategic planning, channel development, and implementation of high-performance processes; Ability to handle advanced financial analyses and complex business cases; Competence in leading teams, building winning strategic partnerships, and influencing stakeholders at different organizational levels; Advanced English.
