Within the Commercial Department, the position reports to Strategic Revenue Management. As part of the RGM solutions and playbooks deployed by Global RGM on Pricing, Pack-Price Architecture, mix, and Promotion, your mission is to take ownership of these methodologies and turn them into operational recommendations adapted to the French market. Specifically on the promo lever, your mission is to optimize and maximize the promotional lever from a financial point of view (ROI) and incrementality based on JDE's objectives per segment.
1. DEPLOYMENT OF GLOBAL RGM PLAYBOOKS ADAPTED TO THE FRENCH MARKET
- Identify RGM challenges in the French market for each lever (pricing, pack-price architecture, promotions, mix) and prioritize them by playbook.
- Integrate Global RGM methodologies and adapt them to local specificities.
- Mobilize stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Finance) around RGM playbooks.
- Define and drive action plans to ensure effective adoption of the playbooks.
- Monitor their operational implementation and measure the impact on French market performance.
2. COORDINATION OF PROMOTIONAL STRATEGY CONSTRUCTION WITH AN RGM APPROACH
- Coordinate the definition of the N+1 promotional strategy with Sales, Marketing, Finance & supply teams.
- Develop promotional guidelines by segment and circuit (key periods, mechanics, frequency).
- Contribute to defining volume objectives and promo rates per segment, in connection with the AOP.
- Develop and deploy RGM tools related to promotion, ensuring their adoption by the teams.
3. STEERING AND ANIMATION OF PROMOTIONAL PLANNING
- Guarantee compliance with promo rules (frequency, consistency of offers, mechanics).
- Monitor JDE Promo KPI’s: Compliance with the "Perfect Promo Plan" (planning of Key Periods, promotional mechanics, frequency...)
- Identify growth levers and associated corrective action plans on promo volumes and promo budget.
4. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT TO RGM ACTIVITY
- Handle occasional or cross-functional RGM topics at the request of the Revenue Lead Manager.
- Provide expertise in support of various RGM team projects (analyses, recommendations, tools, coordination).
- Contribute to the dissemination of RGM best practices within the organization.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of RGM methods and tools.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Commerce/Marketing/Finance
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and category levers is essential.
- Rigorous, organized, and comfortable with numbers, qualities that you know how to leverage to build your analyses and propose necessary recommendations.
- Very comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, including perfect mastery of Excel and PowerBi.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to challenge internal interlocutors (mainly sales, marketing, supply).
- Autonomous and endowed with strong adaptation skills and capable of taking initiative in your activity and organization.
- Professional English is essential (exchanges with Central).
