We are looking for a person to work in Occupational Safety in our manufacturing environment, combining solid experience in Occupational Safety with an innovative vision oriented toward process transformation. In addition to the technical and strategic role in SST, this position will have the challenge of identifying opportunities and developing solutions that use technology, automation, data, and Artificial Intelligence to make Safety processes more efficient, preventive, and connected to the needs of the operation. We seek a professional who has curiosity, a continuous improvement vision, and a hands-on profile, who is not limited to existing processes and is interested in building new solutions for Occupational Safety challenges. Main responsibilities: Structure, review, and evolve Occupational Safety programs, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and corporate guidelines. Act in the standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement of Safety processes. Identify opportunities for automation and the application of technology, data, and AI in Occupational Safety processes, conducting or supporting the development of solutions. Develop and implement projects that contribute to the simplification, automation, and greater efficiency of SST processes. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize critical occupational risks of the operation, ensuring the implementation and robustness of controls for high-potential risks. Lead risk analyses of greater complexity, including processes, changes, and new projects. Conduct or lead investigations of more serious or high-potential accidents, applying root cause analysis methodologies and ensuring the technical quality and effectiveness of corrective actions. Define, structure, and evolve Safety indicators, using data to identify trends, prevention opportunities, and support decision-making. Develop analyses and dashboards for monitoring Safety performance, using tools such as Power BI. Perform critical analyses of performance and trends of Occupational Safety indicators. Support coordination in strategic decision-making, bringing data, analyses, and new perspectives to the area's challenges. Plan and lead internal Safety audits. Act as a focal point in external audits, inspections, and labor expert testimonies. Support the organization in the management of non-conformities. Act as a technical reference for the Occupational Safety team. Act in Management of Change (MOC) processes, technically validating modifications from an Occupational Safety perspective. Lead and/or participate in multidisciplinary projects related to innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement in Safety.
Degree completed in Occupational Safety Engineering; Solid experience in Occupational Safety in an industrial/manufacturing environment; Advanced English — mandatory; Experience with development or implementation of automation, digitalization, or innovation projects applied to Occupational Safety; Experience with data tools, automation, Power BI, or digital solutions; Office Package. Will be considered a differentiator: Experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to Occupational Safety processes; Experience with the development of automations or digital solutions for SST; Knowledge of TPM; Knowledge of the SOC system; Experience in digital transformation projects or continuous improvement in an industrial environment.
