Lead diagnostic studies and market intelligence (Nielsen, Neogrid, Scanntech, Geomarketing, and internal data), identifying opportunities and distribution potential; Co-responsible for the recommendation and deploy of the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy, focusing on coverage, qualification, segmentation, service models, and cost to serve; Develop and implement new sales models and channels for retail, such as digital platforms, Broker, and other RTM solutions; Lead projects and governance in the area, acting as an interface with Sales, Trade, Merchandising, Finance, Pricing, Planning, and external partners (market intelligence companies and distributor clients); Act as a reference in data and intelligence for the area, developing analyses, dashboards, and executive presentations for performance monitoring and leadership support.

For this SR RTM Analyst position, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experiences: Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields; Intermediate English — advanced is a differentiator (Creation of presentations for the Global team); Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI; Advanced knowledge in PowerPoint and data presentation/visualization tools; Knowledge of Nielsen, Neogrid, Scanntech, and/or geomarketing tools — a differentiator; Knowledge of SQL, Python / Analytics / Machine Learning — a differentiator; Desirable experience in Route-to-Market (RTM/GTM) projects, commercial strategy, channels, and/or distribution; Experience handling large volumes of data; Experience with executive presentations (Interlocution and creation of materials).
