Operations Director (M/F)

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for our future Operations Director. As the guarantor of site performance, you will manage all production, maintenance, and Supply Chain, and lead the transformation projects that will support JACIR's growth. You will exercise these responsibilities in a demanding framework, where safety, quality, and compliance with MASE, ISO 9001, and ISO 19443 standards are at the heart of every decision. This position is based at our site in Hautot-sur-Mer, then Criquetot-sur-Longueville (76):

Missions:

• Lead all production activities of the site and guarantee overall performance: costs, quality, deadlines, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee personal safety, regulatory compliance, and the anchoring of the QHSE culture, in compliance with MASE, ISO 9001, and ISO 19443 standards.
• Ensure the manufacturing and delivery of products in accordance with customer requirements and group standards.
• Manage planning, methods, maintenance, Supply Chain, and continuous improvement processes.
• Develop and monitor budgets, investments, and site performance indicators.
• Manage, develop, and unite multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a constructive social dialogue.
• Deploy JACIR's strategy at the site and lead transformation and development projects.
• Intervene in the field and support employees in resolving operational issues.

Your profile:

• Higher education (Master's degree), such as a generalist engineer or equivalent.
• Experience in managing an industrial site and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in the manufacturing of industrial machinery in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) management mode is appreciated.
• Mastery of managing performance, budgets, quality, safety, and continuous improvement (5S, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead change in a demanding industrial environment.
• Mastery of industrial management and control tools, ERPs, and decision-making tools.
• Professional English.
