Your tasks
- To continuously enhance knowledge of your specialism to enable you to work on business expansion
- To actively generate business leads and pipelines through various approaches
- To regularly visit clients' sites to build rapport and to provide recruitment needs
- To develop good understanding of clients' companies and their industry
- To create and perform job advertising on various channels to provide opportunities to and attract candidates
- To build relationships with candidates and clients to expand your leads and network
- To source, identify and approach suitable candidates using JAC's extensive database, LinkedIn and other sources
- To receive and review applications from candidates, shortlist candidates to share with clients and manage interviews for both ends
- To provide advice to clients and candidates on market insights
- To liaise on interviews, brief and prepare candidates for job interviews with clients, and share feedback with both clients and candidates on interviews
- To offer advices and negotiate conditions to and for clients and candidates
- To provide guidance to junior team members, and to work together with other colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, or a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience in B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Results-oriented with the ability to achieve targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive, with a positive attitude.
- Candidate would be require to communicate with Japanese stakeholders and candidates
