Sales Account Manager | Semiconductor Industry

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We are partnering with a global leader in semiconductor test and measurement solutions to hire an experienced Sales Account Manager . This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the Southeast Asia market, managing key customer relationships, and developing strategic business opportunities within the semiconductor industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive new business development and market penetration across Southeast Asia, identifying and converting strategic growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to win new customers, expand market presence, and generate revenue.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts as the secondary priority, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, commercial terms, and business justifications.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and customer support.
• Manage technical evaluation programs, product qualifications, and customer projects.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular market intelligence updates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within the semiconductor industry, including both distribution sales and direct sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor test solutions, including test systems or related equipment and services.
• Proven success in developing new business and managing strategic customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
