Operations & Customer Service Executive (Shipping / 1-year Contract)

About the role: We are partnering with a leading global container shipping company to hire a Revenue & Operations Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support contract administration, billing, reconciliation, and customer account management activities while working closely with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic shipping environment. Responsibilities: Manage contract and billing information in internal systems to ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with agreed commercial terms. Prepare, review, and issue reconciliation statements and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to customers. Analyze operational and transactional data, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries relating to billing, reconciliation, and account-related matters, providing timely and professional support. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support day-to-day commercial operations and ensure smooth execution of contractual and billing processes.

Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline. Open to candidates with or without prior shipping experience. Training will be provided Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and numerical skills. Detail-oriented and meticulous, with the ability to identify discrepancies, solve problems, and manage data accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
