The agency J4S Intérim & Recrutement is looking for a QA Distribution Project Manager (M/F) for an international pharmaceutical laboratory based in Antony (92). You will support the Quality Department in the structuring and steering of corporate quality governance, in order to guarantee GxP compliance of distribution activities and export commercial operations. Your daily missions

• Mapping & Contracts: Identify export activities and implement Quality Agreements with subsidiaries and distribution partners.
• QMS Deployment: Structure, harmonize, and steer the Quality Management System (policies, standards) for commercial operations at global and local levels.
• Supervision & KPI: Monitor quality performance indicators, identify risks, and prepare management reviews.
• Support & Audits: Support subsidiaries during health authority inspections, manage deviations and complaints, and ensure cross-functional follow-up of major CAPA.

Practical Information

• Contract type: 6-month temporary mission.
• Location: Antony (92) - Accessible by public transport.
• Start date: Immediate (ASAP) Working time: Full-time.
• Remuneration: €2,998.14 gross monthly (Status 6B) + 20% temporary bonuses (10% IFM + 10% ICP) + partial coverage of transport costs.

Profile Description:

Profile

• Education: Pharmacist, Engineer, or Master's degree (Bac+5) in science and/or Quality Management.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Pharmaceutical Quality, with strong expertise in quality systems (QMS) in a commercial, distribution, or export environment. Experience in a matrix and international organization is expected.
• Languages: Fluent English is imperative (C1 Level) to interact daily with subsidiaries and partners.
• Technical expertise: Rigorous mastery of GxP requirements, CAPA processes, audits, and risk management. Previous experience during health authority inspections.
• Soft skills: Ability to unite and work cross-functionally (without direct hierarchical authority), excellent interpersonal skills, synthesis skills, rigor, and solution orientation.
