*Responsibilities*

• Assess patients? physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including medical history and functional assessments
• Develop and implement tailored physiotherapy treatment plans to address individual patient needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize recovery outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and rehabilitation exercises for continued improvement at home
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic patient care

*Skills*

• Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario
• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach that fosters trust and motivation
• Solid understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members
