Our Inside Sales team serves as a central interface between our international customers, Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Logistics, and Accounting.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales & Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d). In this varied role, you will support our inside sales team. You will support customer orders from initial entry and commercial processing through delivery and invoicing. You will also help ensure that inventory movements and stock levels are accurately recorded in our inventory management system.

Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
Order Management : Manage the full commercial cycle for international orders, including quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoicing.
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, monitor delivery dates, and provide proactive order status updates.
Logistics Coordination : Coordinate international shipments and manage all relevant shipping documentation.
Operational : Oversee the entire sales cycle by coordinating effectively with the Purchasing, Logistics, Production, and Accounting departments.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including stock movements, warehouse transfers, and resolution of inventory discrepancies; support the planning and execution of physical inventory counts
Data Integrity : Maintain client, product, and process data within the primary ERP/BMD system to ensure 100% accuracy.
Reporting: Prepare and review operational reports and analyses to support management decision-making.
Your Profile
Ideally, you have:
Education: Completed technical, business, or commercial education.
Experience : At least three years of professional experience in international Inside Sales and order processing.
Computer Skills: Excellent skills of Microsoft 365, with a strong focus on Excel.
ERP Proficiency : Experience with BMD NTCS is an advantage. Strong knowledge of a comparable ERP system and a willingness to quickly become proficient in BMD NTCS will also be considered
Languages: German and English at B2/C1 level (you are comfortable communicating in both, verbally and in writing).

Salary
This position is classified in Collective Bargaining Agreement Group III for salaried employees in the metalworking industry. The applicable minimum salary for full-time employment (38.5 hours per week) is EUR 3,200 gross per month. We are, of course, prepared to offer a competitive salary above this minimum, depending on your qualifications and relevant professional experience.
